Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Amsterdam is seeking a (Senior) Manager Treasury with 5+ years of relevant experience to lead multidisciplinary treasury projects for large corporates and financial institutions. You will manage cash, instruments, risk management, and CFO treasury operations, while mentoring junior staff.

The role offers hybrid working within EY’s Finance Advisory practice, with opportunities to shape client solutions and drive market campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 4-7 years of prior working experience with a focus on financial services, financial risk management or finance & accounting.
• You are fluent in English and ideally Dutch, both verbal and in writing.
• You are quantitatively-strong, process-driven, and people-oriented.
• You have Excel skills and preferably also (light) programming skills.
• You have an international mind-set and are very open to work with different cultures.
• You have a proven track-record in the Dutch market, either as a consultant or the industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key client contacts as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and guide junior team members to strengthen the competency team.
• Drive go-to-market campaigns on treasury topics and position yourself as the go-to person for the topic.
• Advise clients on treasury and financial risk management strategies.
• Lead project-based work advising on cash management, hedging, and controls.
• Build assessments, analyses and valuation models to support client advice.
• Stay updated on market dynamics to provide informed advice to large corporates and financial institutions.
• Collaborate across EY teams and client contacts.
