Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in thermoplastics, polymer processing or related tech.
- Bachelor-level degree in plastics/polymer or related field.
- Strong knowledge of masterbatch, compounds and polymer processing.
- Experience with extrusion applications in plastics environments.
Responsibilities
- Support customer visits and technical meetings with the commercial team.
- Translate customer requirements into application and development projects.
- Provide technical support across formulation and extrusion processes.
- Lead customer discussions on needs and innovation with the team.
- Assist Sales in identifying new application opportunities.
- Troubleshoot processing and product-performance issues with root-cause analysis.
- Support development and transfer of new formulations from R&D into production.
- Coordinate development projects and communicate progress and risks to management.
