Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in software testing and quality management.
• At least 5 years as a Test Manager in complex IT projects and programs.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum) and with Jira/Xray for test management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies for complex IT projects.
• Lead end-to-end testing across multidisciplinary teams and programs.
• Manage test planning, execution, defects, and reporting with timely delivery.
• Provide risk-based testing approaches and clear stakeholder communication.
