A leading logistics solutions provider is seeking a Test Manager to oversee testing processes and ensure the quality of software releases. You will develop and implement test strategies, lead a team of testers, and coordinate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ISTQB certification, and experience in a service-oriented environment. This position offers a competitive salary of €5,400 to €6,400 gross per month, a flexible hybrid working model, and generous vacation days.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test manager with a strong understanding of systems engineering processes.
• Experience in customer processes within a relevant industry like ASML or Thales.
• Ability to balance quality, lead time, and cost effectively.
