Jobgether is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer (TeamCity) based in the Netherlands to shape our automated testing platform behind a major developer infrastructure product.

You will build high-impact tools and automation, tackle engineering friction, and drive quality across the development lifecycle. The role emphasizes AI-enabled test generation, failure triage, and self-healing automation.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Kotlin or Java with strong OO design and patterns.
• Hands-on experience building automated testing solutions for complex backends, web services, or desktop apps.
• Strong knowledge of TestNG or JUnit.
• Experience with browser automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Selenide, Playwright).
• Experience with Gradle or Maven for build automation.
• Practical experience with Docker/Podman.

Responsibilities

• Evolve automated testing frameworks, infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Eliminate slow, manual, fragile, or repetitive testing processes.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for test generation and failure triage.
• Partner with product engineering to design and maintain high-quality automated tests.
• Review testing contributions and establish technical standards across teams.
• Investigate failures and flaky tests across test infrastructure and code.
