Job summary
Conclusion Staffing seeks a mid- to senior-level Test Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated tests across applications, APIs, microservices and integrations. You will work within Agile and DevOps teams, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and advising on testing strategies to improve quality.
A strong background in Java and modern automation tools is required, with Dutch and English proficiency.
Qualifications
- HBO-level education or equivalent.
- Experience in software testing and test automation.
- Knowledge of at least one modern test automation tool.
- Experience with Java and preferably JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of API testing, Git and CI/CD.
- Experience in an Agile and DevOps environment.
- Strong command of Dutch and English.
- Analytical, precise and collaborative mindset.
- ISTQB or TMAP certification is a plus; for some government projects, additional screening may be required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests.
- Test applications, APIs, microservices and integrations.
- Automate functional, regression and end-to-end tests.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results and resolve findings.
- Advise on testing strategies, testability and quality improvements.
