Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking a Tender Coordinator to lead the sales pipeline and tender activities for nuclear, energy, and infrastructure sectors. You will work with internal experts and external clients to ensure commercially sound proposals.

Based in the Netherlands, you will manage bid/no-bid decisions, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with regional and international teams to meet annual sales targets.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles within engineering, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as Nuclear, Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Power Generation, Utilities, Rail, Defence, or similar sectors.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing complex sales processes and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Promote Tractebel's engineering, consulting, and project delivery services across regulated industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, and contract signature.
• Work closely with technical experts, business managers, and project teams to develop client-focused solutions.
• Support bid preparation and commercial strategy for key opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within your region.
• Represent Tractebel at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with regional and international teams to leverage expertise and maximize business opportunities.
• Contribute to the achievement of annual sales targets and business growth objectives.
