Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking a Tender Coordinator to lead sales pipelines and tender activities across nuclear, energy, and infrastructure sectors. You will manage opportunities from identification to contract award, coordinating with internal experts and external clients to ensure commercially sound and technically robust proposals.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles within engineering, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Nuclear, Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Power Generation, Utilities, Rail, Defence, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing complex sales processes and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new opportunities.
• Promote Tractebel's engineering, consulting, and project delivery services across regulated industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract signature.
• Collaborate with technical experts and project teams to develop client-focused solutions.
• Support bid preparation and commercial strategy for key opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region.
• Represent Tractebel at industry events and client meetings.
• Collaborate with regional and international teams to leverage expertise.
• Contribute to achieving annual sales targets and growth.
