Job summary

ClearBank is seeking a Senior Technology Governance Associate to join its IT & Operations team in Amsterdam. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will monitor technology services, ensure outsourcing compliance, and provide accurate reporting for audits and regulators.

Your remit covers Data and Information Security Governance, technology risk assessments, and ICT third-party oversight, with liaison to stakeholders across geographies to capture regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of technology in financial services and fintech.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Governance and Management.
• Familiarity with regulations such as DORA, MiCAR and Cybersecurity obligations; practical experience is a plus.
• Understanding of crypto asset technologies and their regulatory implications would be a plus.
• Understanding of Payment Rails (SEPA, TARGET2) would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery of technology services to ensure outsourcing compliance and maintain oversight evidence for regulatory requirements.
• Develop and oversee Data and Information Security Governance to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams on technology incidents and remediation, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain and report evidence of compliance with technology-related regulations and risk reporting.
• Assist in ICT third-party oversight to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Analyse data from oversight activities to provide actionable governance insights.
