Job summary

OWOW is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead data-heavy software projects for web, mobile apps and AI products. You will bridge clients and delivery teams, balance technical realities with commercial objectives, and drive projects from discovery to launch with a focus on timely decisions and quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with strategists, designers and developers to deliver data-driven platforms and ensure meaningful value for users in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management in a digital agency, software consultancy or product company.
• Hands-on experience with data-heavy products: led projects with large datasets, data pipelines or analytics, familiar with Databricks.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Based in the Netherlands and available for hybrid work from Eindhoven.
• Fluent in English.

We're looking for a senior Technical Product Manager who thrives in complex, data-heavy digital environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into successful products. Someone who can balance client expectations, technical realities and commercial objectives without losing sight of quality. Someone who isn't afraid to challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions and make decisions when others hesitate.

You'll work closely with clients, strategists, designers and developers to deliver data-intensive platforms, web and mobile apps, and AI-driven products. Many of our most ambitious projects revolve around large-scale data such as pipelines, integrations and analytics, so you're comfortable leading work where data is the core of the product, not an afterthought. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate delivery across multiple projects and ensure that what we build creates meaningful value for our clients and their users.

You are responsible for projects from discovery to launch and beyond. You facilitate workshops, define project scope, manage timelines and budgets, identify risks early and create clarity when things become messy. You understand enough about technology, and about data architecture in particular, to have meaningful conversations with engineers, weigh technical trade-offs and help teams make informed decisions. You don't need to write code or build pipelines yourself, but you know your way around the modern data stack (tools such as Databricks) and understand what it takes to ship reliable, scalable data products.

You act as the bridge between clients and the team, making sure everyone understands where we're going, why we're going there and what needs to happen next.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role within a digital agency, software consultancy or product company.
• Hands-on experience with data-heavy products: you've led projects involving large datasets, data pipelines or analytics, and you're familiar with tools such as Databricks.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Based in the Netherlands and available for hybrid work from Eindhoven.
• Fluent in English (Dutch & Dothraki is a bonus ).
