Job summary

OMA is seeking a BIM & Design Technology Manager to join its Rotterdam studio. You will support architects in delivering projects using design technology tools, primarily Revit, and manage BIM deliverables and contract documentation.

The role includes mentoring staff, leading training, and ensuring high-quality BIM across projects and offices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years’ experience in architectural design and delivery with BIM.
• Proficiency in Revit and ISO-19650.
• Experience with Dynamo and Revit API is advantageous.
• Fluent English, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple BIM project deliverables at the same time.
• Evaluate and redact BIM documents such BEP.
• QA/QC processes applications for internal and external BIM models.
• Interaction with external parties to ensure successful BIM deliveries.
• Mentor architects to the correct BIM workflows, according to OMA standard.
• Support teams with complex and parametric Revit Family creation.
• Maintenance of office Revit libraries, workflows creation and documentation.
• Provide regular project progress.
• Monitor the quality of all the BIM projects executed by all the OMA offices.
