Job summary

Euro Pizza Products is seeking a Senior Team Leader Production to oversee the daily production of frozen and fresh dough, and oversee the cleaning of crates. You will lead on the production floor, coach staff, and drive safety, quality and KPI performance.

You will report to the Production Manager and work to continuously develop the team while maintaining BRC standards and a safe working environment. This role includes Sunday shifts every two weeks and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a production environment.
• Have experience managing productivity and quality performance;
• Have experience in improving processes, for example with Lean;
• Act decisively and work in a results-oriented and proactive manner;
• Are willing to work on Sundays once every two weeks.

• Leading, supporting, and coaching production employees on a daily basis;
• Preparing operational workforce plans to ensure all activities are executed successfully and in line with established KPIs;
• Ensuring a safe, food-safe, and clean working environment;

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and engagement;
• Supporting junior team leaders in their professional and leadership development.

To further strengthen our production operation, we are looking for a Senior Team Leader Production who not only ensures the smooth day-to-day running of production but also motivates employees, improves performance, and builds a strong and engaged team.

What will you be doing?

As a Team Leader Production, you will be responsible for the daily production process together with the other Team Leaders. This includes the production of frozen dough, fresh dough, and the cleaning of crates. You are highly visible on the production floor, maintain a clear overview of operations, and step in whenever necessary. At the same time, you encourage employees to take ownership, work together, and continuously develop themselves.

You will report to the Production Manager and ensure that the team operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all applicable quality and BRC standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Organising and coordinating daily production activities;
• Leading, supporting, and coaching production employees on a daily basis;
• Preparing operational workforce plans to ensure all activities are executed successfully and in line with established KPIs;
• Ensuring a safe, food-safe, and clean working environment;

• Supporting the junior team leaders in their professional and leadership development.

In this role, you will ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Product quality, productivity, and food safety are at the core of everything you do.

You will build a strong team where employees understand expectations, take responsibility for their work, and support one another in achieving shared goals. In addition, you will actively contribute to process improvements and the ongoing development of the production teams.
