What are we looking for?

• A completed university master's degree (a business, technical or sustainability-related education is an advantage)
• You have 3+ years of work experience, for example as a management consultant or in a project management position
• Knowledge of and experience with strategy execution, particularly in the field of performance improvement or change management
• Intrinsic motivation for and/or experience with sustainability in the broadest sense of the word, preferably you have already worked on projects in this area
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• You can work well with different people and stay true to yourself
• Your Dutch and English are excellent, both orally and in writing

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Consultant, you will be given ownership and responsibility on client projects. For example, you are involved in shaping the content of projects, together with your project manager, and you will lead your own part of the project, such as a work stream or set of deliverables. You will keep an eye on planning, progress, quality and results. You also often work with and guide junior colleagues and help them achieve their development goals. In addition, you prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings. You actively share knowledge and insights with your Been colleagues to help improve our services, also by organizing internal knowledge sessions and trainings. You will also build and expand your own network and support in creating commercial proposals for (new) clients.
