Nexio Projects is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead sustainability finance and reporting services for European mid‑market and international clients. The role translates CSRD/ESRS and IFRS S1/S2 into audit‑ready solutions, builds relationships with senior stakeholders, and manages engagements from scoping to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in audit, accounting advisory, financial reporting or ESG reporting/assurance.

Responsibilities

• Translate CSRD/ESRS and IFRS S1/S2 requirements into practical client solutions.
• Lead or support client engagements across emerging sustainability topics.
• Scope projects, develop proposals and deliver high‑quality analysis and tools.
• Design internal control frameworks and ESG data management processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and coach consultants.
