Nexio Projects in Rotterdam seeks a Senior Sustainability Consultant to help lead sustainability finance and reporting services, translating CSRD/ESRS and IFRS S1/S2 into practical, audit-ready solutions for finance and sustainability leaders, build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, and manage engagements from scoping through delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in audit, accounting advisory, financial reporting or ESG reporting/assurance.
• Strong CSRD/ESRS and IFRS S1/S2 knowledge.
• Experience connecting sustainability analysis with financial statements.
• Experience with ESG data management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead service and practice development for sustainability finance and reporting offerings.
• Translate regulatory developments into practical client solutions and financial models.
• Manage client engagements from scoping to delivery and ensure audit-readiness.
• Collaborate with leadership on proposals, pricing, and thought leadership.
• Coach consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
