FSO Instruments is recruiting a Senior Supply Chain & Purchasing Specialist to lead the professionalization of our supplier network and serve as the main contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will shape purchasing and logistics strategies, assess suppliers, and collaborate across departments to future-proof our supply chain.

The role demands a strong track record in electronics sourcing, international contracting, and analytical negotiation skills, with Dutch and English fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, purchasing, or business administration.
• At least 7 years in a similar high-tech, semiconductor, or EMS environment.
• Proven sourcing experience for electronics and international contracting.
• Experience with supplier management and cross-border contracting.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a results focus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; proactive and independent.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement contracting, purchasing, and logistics strategies.
• Evaluate and select suppliers; advise management on improvements and risks.
• Be the primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders for complex issues.
