Job summary

STX Group is seeking a (Senior) Structured Power Originator to drive European power trading and origination, focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. You will originate, structure and negotiate short- and long-term power transactions for renewables, BESS, and industrials, collaborating with Trading, Risk, Legal and Operations.

This entrepreneurial role offers end-to-end ownership, engagement with senior counterparties, and the chance to shape products and markets across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in power origination or structured trading.
• Strong network with European renewable developers, BESS owners and utilities.
• Understanding of pricing and risk for flat-price and volatile products.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust origination pipeline with renewable developers and utilities.
• Structure revenue hedges, swaps, route-to-market agreements with Trading/Analytics.
• Lead negotiations from engagement to execution with cross-functional teams.
