Job summary

Qindle Innovation & Design seeks a Senior Designer to shape innovative solutions across 2D and 3D environments. You will translate client briefs into high-quality design, telling compelling narratives through storyboards, visuals and presentations.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll drive projects from concept to delivery, uphold design standards, and communicate design rationale to stakeholders. Fluent English and a passion for emerging technologies are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and problem-solving.
• Background in graphic design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D tools and CAD rendering.
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro and AI design platforms.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual development of design projects from ideation through execution.
• Translate client needs and business objectives into exceptional design solutions.
• Transform creative concepts into storytelling narratives, told across storyboards, presentations, or key visuals.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders with conviction and enthusiasm.
• Drive projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Establish and maintain design standards and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity throughout all touchpoints.
• Articulate the “why” behind design decisions, connecting creative choices to business objectives.
• Think laterally across 2D and 3D design applications to create cohesive brand experiences across different mediums.
