Job summary

Qindle Innovation & Design seeks a Senior Designer to shape innovative solutions across 2D and 3D environments. You will translate client briefs into high-quality design, telling compelling narratives through storyboards, visuals and presentations.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll drive projects from concept to delivery, uphold design standards, and communicate design rationale to stakeholders. Fluent English and a passion for emerging technologies are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and problem-solving.
• Background in graphic design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D tools and CAD rendering.
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro and AI design platforms.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to play a key role within our design team, creating innovative solutions across both 2D and 3D environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take on a brief and turn a concept into high quality design. You have the ability to clearly communicate design ideas and decisions to clients and colleagues. This position calls for a collaborative approach within cross-functional project teams in addressing complex strategic challenges through thoughtful design. A passion for exploring emerging technologies and new methods of working is highly valued for this role.

Who we’re looking for :

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Strong background in graphic design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with design software including Adobe Creative Suite, as well as an understanding of 3D design tools and CAD rendering software. Familiarity with Figma, Miro and AI design platforms is a plus.
• Awareness of current trends in AI as they relate to design and conceptual output.
• Strong storytelling abilities to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into innovative design solutions.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex design projects from concept to completion.
