Organon seeks a Senior Specialist, Supplier Resiliency and Policy Compliance to lead the Third Party Resilience program and drive risk transparency across the enterprise. You will partner with Global Procurement & Supplier Management, Supply Chain, IRM and Internal Audit to map N-Tier suppliers and strengthen compliance with GPSM policies.

You will develop the resilience framework, monitor risk ratings, and deliver trainings to internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Developing and facilitating the Third Party Resilience program.
• Updating the Supply Risk Score model and establish risk rating.
• Aligning on prioritization of Product Risk Score and monitoring progress.
• Ensuring data availability and quality for risk assessments across supplier risk drivers.
• Collaborating with GPSM, Supply Chain, IRM and Internal Audit.
• Enabling N-Tier supply chain mapping and acting as internal business partner for GPSM and Supply Chain.
• Driving best-in-class risk management solutions and reporting risk status to stakeholders.
• Creating and conducting trainings for internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining inputs to the IRM risk dashboard for key risks.
