Job summary

OpenValue is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build production-ready software in the Java/JVM ecosystem, with Java or Kotlin at the core and AI-enhanced features in scope. You will collaborate with architects, developers and clients to deliver high-quality full-stack solutions, taking ideas from concept through production.

You will join a small, developer-led team that values knowledge sharing, personal growth and hands-on mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java/Kotlin and the JVM ecosystem.
• Experience with Spring, Quarkus or another JVM (microservice) framework.
• Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Front-end development (Angular/React/Vue).
• Willingness to explore AI in software development and share knowledge.
• Living near one of our offices and speaking the local language.

Responsibilities

• Develop senior software solutions in Java/Kotlin within the JVM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with teams and clients on AI-enabled projects.
