In this role, you'll be part of a development team focused on designing and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven tools that enhance user experience and internal processes. You'll work across multiple technology stacks, including AI and machine learning, and contribute to architectural decisions while leading initiatives to build scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and support team members.
• Deliver and review technical designs, code, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to test and improve services.
• Apply analytical approaches to solve complex problems.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-sourced systems.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI and ML infrastructure to improve engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with code review processes (e.g., GitHub), automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), build systems, and AWS deployment.
• Experience with Python programming.
