Job summary

Vesper in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Software Developer to drive our technological evolution and help scale our core products. You will architect robust solutions, tackle complex challenges, and act as a strategic partner to the product team, with autonomy and responsibility to shape our engineering path.

You will mentor junior developers, improve agile processes, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality software using Vue.js, Tailwind, Laravel, MySQL, and Git.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in full-stack or web development.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Architect and build scalable features for core products.
Drive technical excellence, reduce debt, and establish coding/testing/deployment best practices.
Optimize system performance and scalability to meet evolving customer needs.
Collaborate with product team to translate requests into robust architectures.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote agile practices.
