Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with hands-on LLM/AI agent expertise.
• Proficiency across a wide tech stack including Go, RoR, JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, and modern frontend/backend tools.
• Experience designing agent platforms, APIs, and knowledge infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own core components of the agent platform, from orchestration to tool integrations.
• Build and evolve the capabilities layer: APIs, data access patterns, and service integrations for agents.
• Architect the knowledge and memory infrastructure for cross-system data retrieval and actioning.
• Design and implement trust and safety frameworks with audit trails and guardrails.
• Contribute to agent evaluation and testing infrastructure for accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with Operations to translate workflows into agent capabilities.
• Mentor other engineers as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own core components of the agent platform, from the orchestration layer to the tool integrations connecting it to internal systems.

• Contribute to agent evaluation and testing infrastructure, defining how we measure accuracy, reliability, and regression across agent behaviors.
• Partner directly with Operations to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate process knowledge into agent capabilities.
• Mentor other engineers on the team as it grows.
