• Take ownership of end-to-end stakeholder and customer needs – from requirements and solution design to delivery and user acceptance testing.
• Build, operate, and continuously improve applications running on Kubernetes.
• Drive Agile engineering practices through collaboration, code reviews, pair programming, demos, and shared learning.
• Influence architecture and technology decisions to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
• Accelerate engineering outcomes through AI-powered tools and automation.
