Job description

As a Senior Software Developer at UAB-Online, you play a key role in the continued development and modernization of our SaaS platform. Our software connects terminals, vessel operators, and supply chain partners worldwide, helping them collaborate more efficiently across liquid and dry bulk operations.

You design, build, and improve scalable enterprise applications within a modern Microsoft ecosystem. In addition to delivering new functionality, you contribute to architectural decisions, strengthen our engineering practices, and help reduce technical debt. You combine strong software engineering skills with a practical mindset and take ownership of your work from concept through production.

In this role, you work closely with developers, Product Owners, UX, QA, Cloud, and other colleagues. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving the way software is designed, tested, and delivered. You will also have the opportunity to explore how AI-assisted development and coding agents can improve both our development process and our product.

Your work will include:

• Designing, building, and enhancing enterprise SaaS applications using C# and .NET

• Taking ownership of features from initial concept through development and production

• Contributing to the modernization of our platform and the continued development of its architecture

• Building reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Clean Architecture and SOLID principles

• Reviewing code and promoting software engineering best practices

• Developing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

• Implementing automated testing throughout the development lifecycle

• Working with Azure cloud services and modern DevOps tooling

• Exploring and introducing AI-assisted development workflows and coding agents

• Collaborating with Product, UX, QA, Cloud, and Frontend colleagues

• Identifying opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve delivery efficiency
