Job summary

Sioux Group in Delft develops software for high-tech products and machines across semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industries. You’ll design, develop, and test in C#/C++/Java from our Delft office and client sites, guiding a team while delivering robust software solutions.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines, grow technically, and travel as needed. The role combines hands-on coding with mentorship in a dynamic high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in technical software development across diverse product environments.
• 4–5 years in domains like Semicon, Medical, or Analytical.
• Experience in at least two of C#, C++, Java; knowledge of Design Patterns and UML; Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into robust software designs and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Act as a bridge between architects and engineers from a technical perspective.
• Own a module/subsystem through the full software development lifecycle.
• Ensure software quality, scalability and maintainability through sound engineering practices.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and contribute to team results.
