Job summary

Sioux Technologies in Eindhoven seeks a Software Architect to guide state-of-the-art application software for challenging high-tech projects. From our Eindhoven office and client sites you shape architecture for embedded and application software across complex systems.

You will lead architectural design, prepare feasibility studies, estimate timelines, mitigate risks, provide technical leadership, and coach teams while keeping up with embedded systems trends and innovations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technical software development across multiple roles and product environments.
Experience as a software architect, looking to expand in a new environment.
Proficiency in C# and C++ for different OS, including state machines and real-time aspects.
Experience with OOAD, Agile, TDD, MDSD and related development processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of complex software systems, ensuring performance, quality, and reliability.
Prepare offers and feasibility studies for projects in close cooperation with PM, account manager and customer.
Collaborate with PM to define project organization, estimate timelines, and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and development processes.
Develop and support deployment of training programs through coaching, training, and supervising colleagues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply knowledge to drive innovation.
