Job summary

DSV in Venlo seeks a Senior Site Manager to lead two automated logistics sites and drive strategic growth. You align people, processes and technology, ensuring scalable operations that meet customer demands and DSV goals.

You will shape automation deployments and manage KPIs, quality, and safety while developing a strong management team and a culture of ownership. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading large-scale logistics operations.
• Strategic, commercial and analytical thinking for scalable growth.
• Experience with warehouse automation; AutoStore/Exotec desirable.
• Effective leadership with development of teams and change.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Venlo sites and translate customer growth into scalable solutions.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve capacity, efficiency and quality.
• Oversee operations, IT, automation, and commercial alignment.
• Develop an agile management team and foster ownership and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, reliability and KPI delivery across both locations.
