Job summary

Signify is seeking a senior security professional to partner with the CISO Office and shape our cybersecurity roadmap across IT, OT, cloud, and products. You will drive Security-by-Design and align security initiatives with business goals, delivering measurable improvements in security posture and resilience.

The role requires deep technical expertise, stakeholder influence, and a hands-on approach to evolving security capabilities, policies, and risk-based decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Enterprise Infrastructure, or Security Architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the CISO Office in key security forums and steer critical decisions.
• Define and champion Security-by-Design across IT/OT/Cloud and product lifecycles.
• Evolve security capabilities (EDR, SOAR, PAM, DLP, AI-driven automation).
• Bridge cybersecurity with business with clear risk insights for exec decisions.
• Apply ROSI and cost-benefit analysis to prioritise security investments.
