Job summary

Signify, based in the Netherlands, seeks a senior security leader to partner with the CISO and translate strategy into a forward-looking cybersecurity roadmap. You will help shape our security posture across IT, OT, cloud, and product lifecycles.

You will drive threat-informed investments, strengthen enterprise security maturity, and provide executive insights to guide decisions that balance risk and business goals. CISSP/CISM is highly valued, with strong experience in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

5+ years in security engineering, enterprise infrastructure, or security architecture.
5+ years in security strategy and capability management.
Hands-on knowledge of hybrid IT/OT environments, cloud platforms, IAM/PAM, network security.
CISSP, CISM or CRISC certification preferred; Lean/Agile experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent the CISO Office in technical steering committees and boards, guiding security decisions.
Define Security-by-Design principles across IT, OT, Cloud, DevSecOps, and product lifecycles.
Advance threat and technology evolution across EDR, SOAR, PAM, and DLP to strengthen security maturity.
Bridge CISO Office, IT, and business units to translate risks into actionable insights for executives.
Shape security investments using ROSI and cost-benefit analysis to optimise the security portfolio.
Collaborate with Security Operations to turn threat intel into proactive controls and KPIs.
