Job summary

Eye Security, a Netherlands-based cybersecurity company, seeks a Technical Information Security Officer to design and implement our security architecture and monitoring platform.

You will translate compliance needs from the CISO office into robust technical controls, lead security architecture across systems, and work closely with ISO and engineering teams to maintain operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS, DLP, log analytics and SIEM in enterprise environments.
• RBAC and separation of duties principles implemented across IT infra.
• Expertise with ISO 27001:2022 and EU NIS2 requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement insider threat solutions and secure configurations.
• Deploy centralized logging, SIEM and monitoring to detect real-time threats.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, including bug bounty and pentests.
• Translate compliance requirements into technical specifications for architecture.
• Support audits and maintain evidence for ISO 27001:2022 and EU NIS2.
• Lead security architecture design in a scaling organization.
