Job summary

TNO is seeking a Senior Scientist Ship Design to translate visions of alternative fuels into maritime structures and systems. You will lead projects, analyze and model maritime structures, and collaborate with clients to enable safe, cost-effective implementation of innovative solutions.

You bring a strong academic engineering background, 10+ years in the maritime sector, and expertise in design of systems and structures, with fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Academic technical education in maritime fields with a systems/structure design focus.
• Strong leadership experience delivering complex projects in maritime settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and partners.
