Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead to drive end-to-end SAP Finance/S4HANA deployments across the region, with flexibility to base in the Netherlands, Belgium or the UK and a 3-day in-office pattern.

You will lead a global team, manage integrations between Finance, Supply Chain, and external systems, and ensure value realization while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 20+ years preferred of relevant experience leading large-scale ERP deployments.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, Central Finance, and deployment governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating global finance transformation initiatives across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance technology deployment programs across regions.
• Coordinate integration of Finance, SCM, and external systems.
• Oversee cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
• Establish deployment governance, risk controls, and compliance.
• Partner with global program teams and system integrators.
