Job summary

Amdax, Amsterdam-based crypto-asset service provider, seeks a Senior Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and non-financial risks across the organization.

You will own the ICT Risk Management Policy, lead the Quarterly Risk Committee and annual DORA governance, collaborate across departments, and report directly to the Board. This role includes an equity package and a competitive monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in non-financial risk management or IT security.
• Experience in fintech, crypto-asset environments preferred.
• Proven ability to implement regulatory compliance frameworks (DORA, MiCAR).

Responsibilities

• Own ICT Risk Management Policy and GRC tooling.
• Lead Quarterly Risk Committee and annual DORA RoI.
• Conduct risk assessments across market, credit, operational, IT, and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate across departments to design and implement controls.
• Report findings to the Board and escalate during incidents.
