Job summary

Blockrise is seeking a Risk Officer to operate its risk framework across domains and support growth with hands-on analysis. You will maintain the risk register, run assessments, prepare updates for the Risk Committee, and track treatment plans with accountability.

The role offers exposure to regulatory reporting, DORA work, and opportunities to shape risk scenarios while fostering a risk-aware culture. Hybrid work is available, with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, risk management, or related field.
• FRM/PRM or actively pursuing one is a plus.
• Experience with risk registers and management reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the risk register, keep entries current, and flag emerging risks.
• Execute risk assessments across operational and ICT risk domains using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Prepare Risk Committee materials and ensure decisions are well supported.
• Track risk treatment plans from agreement to completion and escalate as needed.
• Support regulatory reporting cycles to regulators (DNB/AFM).
• Develop risk scenarios, controls, and mitigations across risk frameworks.
