Job summary
NRL is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the Data Centre engineering function in the Netherlands. You will set engineering strategy, oversee on-site controls, manage engineers and the supply chain, and ensure quality procedures are met.
You will also handle Temporary Works coordination and lifting operations when required. The role demands strong leadership, experience with QA, RFI processes, and familiarity with design management across piling, geotechnical, substructures, and concrete work.

- B. Eng Civil Engineering
- Temporary Works Coordinator training
- Lifting Operations basic awareness course
- A61 CPCS Lifting Operations Appointed Persons course
- Scaffold awareness/inspection
- Planning & programming software
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinates engineering function and provides leadership for projects.
- Sets strategy for Engineering and oversees onsite controls.
- Manages Engineer/Assistant Engineer and supply chain.
- Ensures establishment and maintenance of quality procedures and requirements.
- Takes responsibility for Temporary Works Control/Coordination and lifting operations when required.
- Reviews ITPs and QA documentation; monitors tolerances across interfaces.
