Amoria Bond is seeking a Senior Requirements Engineer / Solution Analyst to join a dynamic Scrum team focused on advancing a comprehensive software platform with complex business processes in Noord Holland. This role translates complex processes into actionable requirements, rules, flows and specifications to empower development teams.

Formación

• Senior-level experience as a Requirements Engineer, Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong skills in requirements engineering and functional process modeling.
• Proven ability to distill complex subject matter into concrete and unambiguous specifications.
• Experience with Specification by Example, BDD, and ATDD is highly desirable.

• Contribute to the evolution of specification methods and support colleagues in adopting new practices.
