Job summary

JOBGETHER is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager based in the Netherlands to lead end-to-end software delivery across client engagements. You will balance technical direction, project management, and commercial considerations while coaching delivery teams and ensuring value delivery.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Architects, QA, DevOps and stakeholders to drive predictable outcomes, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement across distributed teams in a remote-first

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software delivery with leadership responsibilities.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architecture.
Hands-on experience delivering Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP and DevOps/CI-CD concepts.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage risks across multiple engagements.
Proficient with delivery and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across client engagements, including planning, scope, and outcomes.
Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and release tracking.
Ensure teams follow engineering standards and aligned with business value.
Translate client needs into clear technical direction and outcomes.
Lead product demonstrations and customer-facing sessions.
Coach and develop delivery teams and leaders.
Monitor delivery economics, risks, and opportunities early.
