Job summary

Epassi is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (React Native) to join our mobile engineering team. You will own mobile-centric system areas, drive architectural decisions, and help build a scalable React Native app for long‑term growth across Europe.

You will collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and DevOps to ensure high-quality delivery. You will develop features with React Native and TypeScript, shape an adaptable architecture, and contribute to code quality, testing, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience delivering mobile applications with React Native.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern mobile app architectures.
• Commitment to clean code, testing, and performance.
• Proven ability to work across product, design, backend and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing mobile features using React Native and TypeScript.
• Shaping and refining the mobile app architecture with scalability in mind.
• Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Integrating REST and GraphQL APIs with backend teams.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and Designers to refine requirements.
• Monitoring app behavior and supporting incident resolution.
• Participating in agile ceremonies and documenting architectural decisions.
