QuantWare in Delft seeks a Senior Process Integration Engineer to translate new quantum technologies from development into robust, scalable manufacturing processes. You will lead the transfer of products into production, define process flows, ensure manufacturability and quality, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Process Integration or related engineering roles.
• Experience with transfer of new products from R&D into manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of process development and qualification.
• Excellent collaboration across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and transfer of new products into manufacturing.
• Define manufacturing process flows and control strategies for new product introductions.
• Ensure manufacturability, quality, and scalability in release of new products.
• Plan and execute process development, qualification, validation, and release.
• Identify and resolve process issues and yield losses.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven approaches.
• Support scaling of manufacturing capabilities and equipment.
