Job summary

Zanders in the Netherlands seeks a (Senior) Manager Non-Financial Risk to lead complex client engagements and shape our NFR proposition for banks and financial institutions across the Dutch and international market.

You will combine subject-matter expertise with leadership, advisory skills, and mentoring, while driving business development and ensuring high‑quality delivery across Dutch and international engagements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance)
• 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of consulting or banking risk experience
• Proven ability to manage client projects and lead teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for NFR (governance, controls, resilience)
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver national and international client engagements in Non-Financial Risk
• Advise financial institutions on governance, risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance
• Take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery including planning and stakeholder management
• Drive business development activities and client presentations
• Mentor and coach consultants and senior staff
• Build and maintain a strong professional network in financial services
