Job summary

Vitestro is pioneering autonomous blood collection with ARPD technology. The Senior Quality Systems Officer will drive continuous improvement of quality systems and support change control, guiding colleagues to ensure changes are understood, approved, and executed on time.

The role requires 3–5 years in QA/QS for medical devices, experience in regulated environments, and hands-on quality systems expertise to enhance compliance and efficiency within a high-skilled team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems for medical devices.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Relevant professional experience in quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Focus on continuous improvement of quality systems.
• Support the change control process across the company.
• Review existing quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop practical solutions to enhance compliance and efficiency.
• Guide colleagues through the change control process.
• Ensure changes are understood, approved, and executed on time.
