Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics B.V. is seeking a QHSE Specialist Benelux to ensure safe, compliant and sustainable operations across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will align global and regional standards with local practice, auditing processes, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement.

You will report to the Managing Director Benelux and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen QHSE culture while supporting ESG initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a comparable QHSE, quality or compliance role.
• Qualification as an internal auditor for an Integrated Management System or ISO standards.
• Proven experience implementing and auditing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 5001.
• Knowledge of Benelux regulations relating to environment, health and safety, dangerous goods, GDP and automotive operations.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI-based reporting, risk assessment and strategic planning.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations across the Benelux are safe, compliant, sustainable and continuously improving.
• Coordinate audits with internal teams, suppliers and regulators.
• Translate QHSE requirements into practical procedures and guidance.
• Drive corrective actions, risk assessments and CAPA processes.
• Support ESG goals and maintain integrated management system alignment with ISO standards.
