Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a regulated food production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, document management, and process optimisation.
• Experience supporting system implementations or transitions, preferably involving SAP.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills and a broad overview of cross-functional processes.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Identify, initiate, and implement quality and process improvement initiatives within QA.
• Optimise quality management systems and document control processes, including the Document Management System (DMS).
• Support the QA organisation throughout the SAP system implementation and transition.
• Coordinate QA activities across multiple departments and ensure effective collaboration.
• Work closely with Production, Technology, R&D, and other supporting functions.
• Advise stakeholders on quality-related matters, process improvements, and compliance.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities within existing processes.
• Translate findings into structured action plans and ensure effective implementation.
• Support the further professionalisation and standardisation of quality processes.
