Job summary

LeoVegas Group is seeking a QA Engineer to strengthen the Core Experience Markets Team and enhance the global onboarding process while developing responsible gaming features. You will work with Backend, Frontend, Native apps, and Regulatory reporting to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong testing theory and testing pyramid knowledge.
• Experience designing full-stack test plans for web and native mobile apps.
• Solid grounding in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Driving high-impact outcomes by leading complex, ambitious projects and resolving critical issues that directly influence business quality and performance.
• Elevating engineering quality across the company through mentoring, sponsorship and delivering constructive technical feedback.
• Shaping testing strategy and architecture by leading test design for complex problems, ensuring reliability, observability and alignment with business priorities.
• Communicating risks, insights and technical considerations clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders, contributing meaningfully to roadmaps and planning.
• Uplifting QA practices across squads by promoting best practices, anticipating issues through strong processes and enabling others to improve testing for performance, scale and security.
