Job summary

LeoVegas Group is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to strengthen our Core Experience Markets Team. You will contribute to onboarding processes, responsible gaming features, and QA across Netherlands sites and apps, collaborating with Backend, Frontend, Native apps, and Regulatory reporting teams.

You will lead test design, promote QA best practices, and ensure reliable, secure experiences for customers, with a strong emphasis on testing strategy and risk communication within an Agile/DevOps

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of testing theory, design techniques, methodologies, and the testing pyramid.
• Ability to design and execute full-stack test plans and robust manual testing for web and native mobile apps.
• Solid grounding in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps within self-organizing teams.

Responsibilities

• Driving high-impact outcomes by leading complex, ambitious projects and resolving critical issues that directly influence business quality and performance.
• Elevating engineering quality across the company through mentoring, sponsorship and delivering constructive technical feedback.
• Shaping testing strategy and architecture by leading test design for complex problems, ensuring reliability, observability and alignment with business priorities.
• Communicating risks, insights and technical considerations clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders, contributing meaningfully to roadmaps and planning.
• Uplifting QA practices across squads by promoting best practices, anticipating issues through strong processes and enabling others to improve testing for performance, scale and security.
