Job summary

Tellent is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for its Tellent Intelligence AI domain. You will own and grow quality for AI-powered experiences, expanding Playwright coverage and validating AI prompts, models, and safety considerations.

This hands-on role offers genuine ownership and the chance to shape QA practices across our AI-powered products. You will collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, and fellow QEs to embed quality early, design comprehensive test plans, and develop measures for AI

Qualifications

• Strong QA experience: Several years of hands-on testing for complex web apps.
• AI quality mindset: Experience testing AI-powered apps or ML systems is a plus.
• E2E automation: Experience building and maintaining end-to-end test suites in Playwright.
• API & backend testing: Experience testing APIs and backend services.
• Balance of product and technical thinking: Able to discuss product behavior and technical detail.
• Understanding AI testing challenges: Familiar with prompts, hallucinations, bias, and safety.
• Analytical mindset: Define quality expectations where outputs vary.
• Communication: Fluent English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QE team to implement test automation across Tellent Intelligence domain.
• Partner with developers and AI engineers to embed quality early in development.
• Design and execute test plans, cases, and automated suites for frontend, backend, and AI features.
• Grow domain expertise to guide quality decisions across AI features.
• Develop testing strategies for AI outputs, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Create evaluation datasets and metrics for non-deterministic AI systems.
• Validate prompt changes and AI agent behavior with engineers.
• Improve quality evaluation practices and testing frameworks for LLM-powered apps.
