Qualifications

• Senior, Staff, or Principal-level software engineering experience.
• Strong Python expertise.
• Experience with AI coding tools: Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• English proficiency (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions from start to finish, judging quality and usefulness.
• Assess explanations, reasoning, and recommendations, not just code correctness.
• Provide clear, detailed, opinionated feedback on effectiveness and accuracy.
