Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to evaluate AI-assisted coding interactions for OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor. The role is remote, project-based, and part-time, with flexible hours and a focus on high-quality developer guidance.

You will deliver thoughtful feedback and help shape future AI tooling standards. Ideal candidates are senior engineers with strong TypeScript/JavaScript/Python skills, excellent English, and a proven ability to critique interfaces and reasoning

Formación

• Senior, Staff, or Principal-level software engineer with strong judgment.
• Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Ability to provide direct, opinionated feedback on AI-generated code interactions.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
• Experience mentoring or establishing engineering standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions from start to finish.
• Assess usefulness, accuracy, and alignment with expert software practices.
• Review explanations and reasoning quality beyond code syntax.
• Differentiate levels of response quality using consistent criteria.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback with concrete examples.
• Judge whether AI guidance builds trust and helpful developer experience.
• Record brief video explanations to support findings.
